'Hide-Away' Cassette Night Blinds

Primarily all cassette systems produced by other manufacturers were designed for 'well' type freezers and as such do not have the space within to accommodate more than 1.8 metres of fabric with widths usually restricted to 1.875 metres or more commonly 1.25 metres. This precludes their use on many multi-deck cabinets where drops in excess of 2 mtrs are required. More often, design restricts the configuration that would allow the cassette to be fitted in horizontal or vertical positions. This together with their restricted widths can make an installation look 'bitty' when multiplexing long runs of freezers or multidecks.

Now this has all changed...

Our system uses our standard 'slow-rise' modular blind with the bonus of the spring tensioning facility. This allows us to go to widths of 2.5 metres with drops up to 2.3 metres and beyond. Specially designed injection moulded brackets allow the blind to be installed on the top or face of a cabinet and the blind is then simply clicked into position. The cassette lid is then clicked over the blind onto the same bracket.

Unlike other systems, we can provide the cassette lids to suit the cabinet length or individual blinds. i.e. on a 3750 mm cabinet that has two or three blinds to suit the length you can install one cassette to encase all the blinds. Gaps between blinds are also reduced. The effect is harmonious. Cassette lids are available in white and anodised silver. Other colours are obtainable for special orders.
