Motorised and Multiplexed Night Blinds

A 'push fit' system that allows the fitting of the motor and end bearing to be manufactured without the use of rivets and screws and operation from left or right hand side changed in seconds permitting versatility on installations.

Variations in brackets and motor fixing ends have been designed to suit certain manufacturers refrigerated cabinets enabling the blinds to be installed also without tools. Where this is not possible brackets are available that are easy to install and minimise the gaps at the edge of the cabinets or adjoining blinds.

All blinds are secured into place with a plastic locking bearing that rotates 90 degrees through a key-hole slot and benefits from an extended sock on the bearing that fits over the 'end plug' that will compensate for small discrepancies in bracket distances.

The bottom rails have been ergonomically designed to configure with cabinet fascias and are weighted to assist in the free fall and levelling of the blind.

Adjoining blinds have the same 'end plug' at both ends. They are multiplexed using a square metal drive shaft and locked into position using a locking bearing.

Various switches are available including the security key switches if required.

Standard motors used are 35mm, 6N.m, 14rpm, 230v and also available are 10N.m, 17rpm, 230v. All our motors come with a 5 year warranty.
